Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of remote technical support services (the "Services") by **Absoleads Technologies LLP.** (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") to you ("Customer" or "You"). By calling our service line or accepting our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

We provide technical assistance for a range of software and hardware issues, including, but not limited to, malware removal, software setup, error resolution, and system optimization. Our Services are provided remotely via phone or secure remote access software.

2. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

A. Independent Service Provider

We are an independent technical support provider and are **not affiliated** with any third-party software or hardware manufacturer, including but not limited to NortonLifeLock, McAfee, or AVG.

B. Data Loss Risk

The Customer acknowledges that troubleshooting and repair services carry an inherent risk of data loss. We are **not responsible** for any data loss or corruption resulting from the Services. The Customer is solely responsible for backing up all critical data prior to initiating the Services.

C. No Guarantees

While we strive for 100% resolution, we do not guarantee that all technical issues will be resolved. Our liability for any claim related to the Services, whether in contract or tort, will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service provided.

3. Payment and Fees

A. Transparent Pricing

Our Services are offered on a fixed-rate or per-incident basis, as disclosed to the Customer before the commencement of paid work.

B. Free Diagnostic

We offer a free diagnostic consultation. Paid service only begins upon the Customer’s explicit authorization after the price has been quoted and accepted.

C. Acceptance of Charges

By authorizing the paid service, you agree to pay the stated fee. Payment is typically processed upon successful completion of the Service.

4. Remote Access

The Customer agrees to grant us secure remote access to the affected device solely for the purpose of providing the Services. The Customer remains responsible for the contents of the device and for supervising the remote session. Remote access will be terminated immediately upon completion of the service or at the Customer's request.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
